Can I lawfully open carry a firearm in Texas?  Can everyone open carry?  Do I give up my right to open carry if I get a concealed handgun permit?

Sheriff Jim Kaelin will advise our club of the new open carry state law in Texas that goes into effect January 1, 2016.   So come to Thursday’s meeting “loaded” with your questions.
