The average person in the United States approaches their overall health and well-being in a less than effective manner by focusing on quantities of food, exercise and rest (eat less, exercise more, get 8 hours of sleep). This mindset has proven to be far from productive in its long-term results and may even be harmful in some instances. “Eating Well” will focus on 5 simple lifestyle ideas/ suggestions that anyone can easily implement in order to improve the quality of their diet.
