The average person in the United States approaches their overall health and well-being in a less than effective manner by focusing on quantities of food, exercise and rest (eat less, exercise more, get 8 hours of sleep). This mindset has proven to be far from productive in its long-term results and may even be harmful in some instances. “Eating Well” will focus on 5 simple lifestyle ideas/ suggestions that anyone can easily implement in order to improve the quality of their diet. The entire EMS (Eat, Move, Sleep) approach will be addressed in this talk, with audience feedback encouraged. Join us Thursday to hear Gene Power speak.
