“The Comeback of the Texas Oyster” will be Todd Hunter’s program topic on Thursday.  Oyster farming/mariculture will be starting in Texas on September 1, 2019.  State Representative and fellow Rotarian Todd Hunter will be discussing the new law and its Coastal Bend origin.
