Paul Choules will present a program on desalination on Thursday. The cost to desalinate seawater in Texas should be the lowest in the world. Paul Choules will explain why he believes this to be the case. Mr. Choules has 40 years of experience in the field of desalination and water treatment and is currently managing the startup and commissioning of the only large scale seawater desalination in Texas. He is the President of the Texas Desalination Association and Treasurer of the Caribbean Desalination Association.
