Join us on Thursday to hear from Artist Noe Perez, a South Texas native. Noe is one of the state’s foremost landscape artists and he resides in Corpus Christi. Noe is unique in that he is primarily self-taught, his artistic influences include the American Impressionists and, specifically, the Texas Impressionists of the early 20th century.
Noe was commissioned by King Ranch to create a painting to commemorate the 100 year anniversary of the historic Main House. He has paintings that are featured in King Ranch: A Legacy in Art, 2021. His work has been exhibited at various museums including The Witte, San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts, The Nave, and The National Ranching Heritage Center among others. Noe is one of thirty Texas Parks Centennial Artists to be featured in The Art of Texas State Parks, 2023 which opened at the Bullock Museum and will travel to five other Texas museums.
