Dr. Ray, head of research at the Neurodegeneration Consortium, and his team at MD Anderson and Baylor College of Medicine want to develop a medicine that prevents chemotherapy-induced neurological problems and slows the progression of Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, ALS and other neurodegenerative diseases.
