The Corpus Christi Downtown Management District (DMD) is a state-authorized improvement district established and governed by property owners to influence and enhance a positive environment for Downtown’s economic base. Last January, Terry Sweeney was recruited as Executive Director of the District. His vision of a successful, vibrant downtown is evident today with the recent completion of the DMD’s three year strategic plan. He will be our speaker on Thursday, so make plans to attend this meeting.
